I gained an immense amount of experience interning with MAIA at MAIACON 2025. During this time, I learned how to navigate a corporate environment while gaining valuable insight into the photography industry, including how to shoot in a variety of styles to match different needs and audiences. I also deepened my understanding of generational marketing, especially working with MAIA’s predominantly older demographic. In addition to my main areas of focus, I’ve broadened my portfolio by photographing diverse sports and settings—from cheerleading competitions to portrait-style shoots with friends. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with the individuals I’m photographing and taught me how to collaborate with others to bring creative visions to life.

Beyond this, I have expanded my experience into live event and entertainment photography, including extensive concert work with up-and-coming country artist Noah James. This has given me hands-on experience capturing fast-paced, high-energy environments while adapting to changing lighting and crowd dynamics. I have also photographed rodeos, cheerleading events, senior portraits, and individual portrait sessions, continuing to grow my versatility behind the camera. Each of these opportunities has helped me refine my ability to tell a story through images while delivering content that resonates with a wide range of audiences.
